In the Circumstances such as

-You or someone else damaged an item trying to repair it.

 

-No longer want the item (even in perfect condition)

 

-Custom items cannot be returned or refunded as these are designed for you, returns & refunds are only eligible if the item arrived damaged with proof.

 

-Used products can not be returned & refunded for hygiene purposes.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued when the item is returned to us expect a refund to your bank within 1-3 days.

How long do I have to return an item

You should return an item within 14 days, if you do not succeed this you will not be issued a refund

What if my jewellery arrives damaged or the wrong item is sent?
 
Please contact us right away with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost as every customer deserves quality.
